Standard Shipping Policy
We provide delivery services throughout India, including all major metropolitan areas and select non-metro cities.
While we make every effort to ensure timely shipments, there may be instances where delays occur that are beyond our control. Rest assured, we strive to minimize any such occurrences to provide you with a smooth shopping experience.
Shipping Time
Our products are made to order, and the processing time is 5-7 working days. Our shipping schedule covers all days from Monday to Saturday, except Sundays and public holidays.
If you notice any signs of tampering or damage to the product packaging upon delivery, we kindly request you to refuse acceptance of the package. Immediately contact us at cocosupport@betterself.today, providing your order reference number and attaching a picture of the tampered package. We will promptly arrange for a replacement delivery to be made at earliest convenience.
Shipment Delay
If your order is delayed, please reach out to us via email at cocosupport@betterself.today, including your order number in the communication.
If, unfortunately, your shipment is misplaced or lost during transit, we offer the following options:
- Resending the order to you (subject to availability of the same products)
- Issuing a credit note to you

Shipment Processing Time
All orders undergo processing within 2-3 business days. The estimated delivery timeframe for your products is 5-7 business days from the date of placing your order. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and SMS containing the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) for tracking your package.
During periods of high order volume, there may be a slight delay in shipments. We kindly request your understanding and recommend allowing additional transit days for delivery. If a significant delay is anticipated for the shipment of your order, we will promptly contact you via email or telephone to provide updates.
